Brian Buffone is the President of Franklin BSP Realty Trust as well as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Operations with Benefit Street Partners and is based in Florida.

Jerry Baglien is a Managing Director, Real Estate Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office.

Matthew Jacobs is a Managing Director and Real Estate Chief Credit Officer with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office.

Tanya Mollova is a Managing Director and Real Estate Head of Asset Management with Benefit Street Partners, based in our New York office.

Micah Goodman is a Managing Director and Real Estate General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office.

David Henschke is a Managing Director with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office.

Prior to joining BSP in 2021, Mr. Henschke was a Managing Director at Ladder Capital. Before that, he was a Director at Standard & Poor’s.

Mr. Henschke received a Bachelor of Arts with a degree in economics from Wesleyan University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
